◆Reservation

 

・ The appointments will be accepted on a first come first served basis. 

・ We do not make any changes via email. Please make sure to call us if you need to change your appointment.

・ The enrollment application will be complete after submitting the required documents and having reserved the time for the child and parent(s) interview.

・ Other dates can be arranged only for the applicant from outside Okinawa. Please call us after September 17th, 11:00.

・ We may add further reservation slots depending on the application situation. 

 

 

◆Interview

 

・ Please come to the venue 10 minutes prior to the appointed time. It will take about 7 minutes on foot from the parking area to the venue.

・ No show on the appointed time will result in disqualification.

・ The applicant and up to 2 parents (3 people total) are allowed to be in the child and parent(s) interview. We strongly encourage both parents to attend the interview (except for single parents). 

・ Children should come in clothes that are easy to move around in.
