【K】Last Calligraphy Lesson for the year

Yesterday we had our last calligraphy session for the year. Mr. Nakasone and Ms. Yara showed us how to use large brushes to do calligraphy. It was fun to see Mr. Nakasone do calligraphy so many different ways- with his left hand, forwards, backwards, upside down, even with his mouth! Mr. Nakasone wrote the kanjis “tanoshii” (fun), “warau” (smile), “uma” (horse), and “ryu” (dragon). For the finale he unveiled our large painting art, which all K2 students made together. Our calligraphy gift message is “tanoshii youchien Amicus” (fun Kindergarten, Amicus!) We look forward to showing parents our great art on Graduation Day. Thank you so much Mr. Nakasone & Ms. Yara!
