Children in upper kindergarten learned calligraphy with calligrapher Mr. Nakasone.
Following the lesson they had last month, they practiced writing their own names and their classmates’ names.
At the end of the lesson they wrote their names on miniature black boards and took a nice group photo with their work.
Each student did very good job!
Middle graders there are now learning about bees.
They made “honey pancakes” to taste the honey that bees made.
It seemed difficult to flip the pancakes with a spatula.
“It’s sweet and yummy!” the children said as they enjoyed their pancakes.
