4th graders have researched about some Okinawan famous people in the past during the social studies class.

 

They worked with groups, did research, and made presentations about Chobyo Yara, Kyuzo Toyama, Choho Miyara, Chokun Tamagusuku, Gozamaru, etc. by using books, the internet, and other materials.

 

 

Later, they went to 3rd grade to give a presentation!

 

The presentation was very easy to understand because the students included videos of sanshin (Okinawan musical instrument) and quizzes.

 

 

3rd graders were concentrating on the presentations and they were able to learn and enjoy it!

 

It was good research! Good job 4th graders! 👍
