On December 10th, the 5th graders had a full day of work experience with the cooperation of their parents and various other workplaces.
The children were able to learn about the difficulties of working in a variety of occupations such as nursery school teacher, doctor, veterinarian, pig farmer, bakery, manicurist, civil engineer, and construction.
The children seemed to realize how hard and difficult it was to work, as well as how fun it was.
The children wrote a newspaper about what they learned during the work experience and presented it to the Taiwanese elementary school students with whom they are continuing their online exchange.
It seemed to have been a fresh and educational experience for the children!
