The annual English Speech contest was recently held at AMICUS Junior High School!

This year, 12 outstanding students took the stage, each delivering a speech filled with their own ideas, thoughts, and personal messages for the audience.

The topics were impressively diverse,ranging from everyday life to familiar social issues— all presented from unique perspectives that captivated the audience!

Students in the audience listened attentively, taking notes and summarizing their impressions on their iPads as they reflected on each speech.

This year, the student council played a key role in supporting the event, helping with the overall management and organization to ensure everything ran smoothly.

At the end of the contest, all participants received a certificate of participation, and top performers were awarded special prizes.

Expressing one’s thoughts through speech is not always easy. It requires self-reflection, organizing one’s ideas, and communicating them in a way that resonates with others — a truly valuable experience.
We believe this opportunity has helped our students grow and will inspire them in their future learning and challenges.
