In December 2025, AMICUS Grade 5 students visited The Ritz-Carlton, Okinawa to learn table manners.
The purpose of this activity was to help students understand food culture, learn how to use cutlery properly, and show respect to the people they share a meal with.

Through an actual dining experience, the students learned table manners in a hands-on way!
On the day, the children looked a little nervous at first, but they carefully practiced how to use knives and forks, sit properly, and be mindful of others while listening to the explanations.

With the beautiful scenery of Okinawa around them, the students not only enjoyed eating but also learned the meaning of table manners and the importance of being considerate of others!
It was a special and meaningful learning experience for them!
