At AMICUS, we offer the “Kids / Junior Club” as part of our after-school activities, inviting external professional instructors to lead the programs.

We feature a wide variety of programs designed to expand children’s horizons and deepen their interests, including horseback riding, hula dance, karate, soccer, basketball, robotics, programming, baseball, sanshin, piano/violin, pottery, dyeing, and languages.

Today, we would like to share a wonderful update from one of these many clubs: the Band Club!

The Band Club consists of members from the upper grades of elementary school through junior high school. Each student chose their own instrument—such as guitar, bass, keyboard, drums, or vocals—and has been practicing diligently day after day.

Last school year, a special concert was held at AMICUS to showcase the fruits of their hard work, inviting parents and friends who have supported them along the way. To our delight, a senior who graduated this spring also rushed to the venue to join them on stage!

On stage, they performed a series of famous songs that everyone has likely heard at least once:
★MONGOL800, Spitz, Green Day, and Macaroni Enpitsu (A huge hit recently!)★

It was a fantastic selection of songs and a brilliant performance that everyone in the audience—regardless of age or nationality—could enjoy together.

Listening to each other’s sounds and playing as one, their music resonated deeply with the audience and was met with warm, enthusiastic applause.

Thank you to the graduates and junior members for creating such an incredible stage and filling the room with so much emotion!
