AMICUS Elementary Family Sports Day: Reliving a Day Full of Smiles and Inspiring Performances!

At AMICUS Elementary Family Sports Day, each grade showcased wonderful performances that reflected the students’ unique personalities and hard work. Here’s a look back at some of the highlights!

Grade 1 – Showa, Heisei & Reiwa Dance: Retro Vibes

The first graders took us on a journey through three eras of Japan. Their energetic dance featured everything from nostalgic classics to today’s hit songs. Despite it being their very first Family Sports Day, they performed with confidence and earned a big round of applause!

 

 

 

Grade 2 – Mario Dance

Dressed in adorable Mario-themed costumes, the second graders brought the world of Mario to life! They performed perfectly timed jumps and cheerful dance moves to familiar Mario music, filling the venue with excitement and smiles.

 

 

 

Grade 3 – Zootopia 2 & Drum Dance

The third graders delighted the audience with a fun and lively dance to a hit Disney song from Zootopia 2, followed by a powerful drum performance full of energy. Their bright smiles and dynamic rhythm echoed throughout the venue!

 

 

 

Grade 4 – Karate Demonstration

The fourth graders impressed the audience with a powerful karate demonstration that balanced stillness and motion. Their strong kata and spirited shouts showcased the results of their hard work and dedication. Every movement was performed in perfect unison, earning a big round of applause!

 

 

 

Grade 5 – Eisa Performance

With respect and pride for Okinawan tradition, the fifth graders delivered a powerful Eisa performance! The sound of the drums and the spirited chants of “Iyasasa!” brought everyone together and created an unforgettable atmosphere!

 

 

 

Grade 6 – Hip-Hop Dance

Centered on the theme of “Teamwork,” the sixth graders’ outstanding performance was the perfect end to the event! It was a captivating stage where everyone’s individual expressiveness and their sense of unity truly shone!

 

 

 

From the adorable first graders to the confident sixth graders, the day was a wonderful reminder of how much our students have grown!
