The application period for the 2027 school year has officially started for children applying to enter AMICUS Kindergarten and Grade 1 next April!

Throughout the summer leading up to the application period, AMICUS hosted a variety of events for prospective families, including school tours, information sessions and trial lessons, AMICUS Café, and our Summer Festa. We were delighted to welcome so many families to our campus!

Today, we’d like to take a look at AMICUS Summer Festa, held on August 29, which brought many families to our school!

On the day of the event, the entire school was transformed into a fun-filled festival venue! 🎐

At the Media Center (Library), families enjoyed a variety of hands-on activities ,including traditional costume experiences, programming activities, and science experiences. AMICUS parents also prepared a special activity where children could make their own resin keychains!

There were also school information booths and a Q&A corner, giving families an opportunity to learn more about AMICUS, our education, and everyday school life!

Along the corridors, our international teacher hosted fun activities such as duck and goldfish scooping games, as well as a rock-paper-scissors game in English! The children’s cheerful voices could be heard throughout the school.♪

In the Multipurpose Hall, AMICUS parents prepared delicious food while current students took the stage to share their talents. From hula dancing and student band performances to karate, the students proudly showed off what they had been working on, creating an exciting atmosphere for everyone!

Outside, popular food trucks served freshly made food and refreshing drinks! Many families stopped by between activities to enjoy hamburgers, taco rice, and colorful ice cream together. Seeing so many happy faces made the festival even more special!  🍧

It was a wonderful day filled with fun, hands-on experiences, delicious food, and opportunities to see our current students in action. We hope everyone enjoyed getting a feel for the welcoming atmosphere of AMICUS along the way!

The application period for children entering AMICUS Kindergarten and Grade 1 in April 2027 is from Monday, September 14 to Friday, September 25, 2026 (postmark deadline).

For those who already have the application forms, please be sure to submit them within the application period.
