Requests for application materials to be posted by mail will be accepted from the Google Form below until 16:30 Monday, May 12.

We will only send application forms to families in Japan. If you are living overseas and wish to receive an application form, we will send you by email.

From May 8, 2025 (Thu) to May 19, 2025 (Mon) *Postmarks for these dates will be valid.

**Please note that the application documents include a medical certificate to be completed at a medical institution and a certificate of enrollment from your current school (or public school in the case you enrolled an international school in Japan). Please make your appointments and arrangements ahead of time.
