AMICUS Kindergarden・Earthquake Drill

Following the recent earthquake drill for our elementary and junior high school students, the kindergarten also carried out a joint drill!

When the announcement signaled the start of the “earthquake,” the children immediately crouched down and covered their heads with their small hands to protect themselves.
Once the evacuation signal was given, they carefully made their way outside, paying close attention to anything that might fall.

Seeing them keep their posture while thinking, “I hope nothing falls…” showed how well they have absorbed their daily safety guidance. Even with a bit of nervousness, the children stayed in line and moved calmly, which was truly impressive.

Thanks to their efforts, the evacuation was completed quickly and safely, allowing us to carry out a realistic and effective drill. Through this experience, the children learned how they should act during an earthquake in a hands-on and memorable way.

At AMICUS, we will continue to provide safety education to ensure that our students can learn and grow in a secure environment.
